Lychgate Rose, Bolney, West Sussex, England 2020

England

LYCHGATEROSE20

Tasting Notes

A fresh and silky rosé with a coral pink colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red fruit and rose petals lead to a refreshing palate of red fruits, strawberries and cream. The Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed for maceration and underwent a cool fermentation for around 14 to accentuate the crunchy red fruit character.
