De Trafford Blueprint Syrah 2018. Small-batch yet powerful, from the Blaauwklip Valley between the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains. This Syrah is destemmed and lightly crushed into small tanks for 16 days of fermentation, then aged gracefully for 20 months in old oak barrels. The result is a lively palate with balanced acidity and tannins, offering texture, elegance, and a long, appealing finish.
